Abstract Submission Guidelines

Overview

The MindSym 2025 welcomes abstract submissions for original research, case studies, and reviews in all areas of Mental Health & Psychiatry. Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.

Format Requirements

• Length: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
• Structure:
  • Title (20 words max)
  • Authors and affiliations
  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
• Font: Times New Roman, 11-point
• File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF

Content Guidelines

• Clearly state the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
• Use standard abbreviations; place unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word on first use.
• Do not include references, tables, or figures in the abstract.

Submission Process

1. Visit the conference website and navigate to the "Abstract Submission" portal.
2. Fill in all required fields, including presenter information and abstract category.
3. Upload your abstract file.
4. Review and confirm your submission.
